Mentor & advisor

My job is not to make every decision. It’s to build a system where good decisions can be made without me.

I’m Miroslav. I’ve spent my career in fast-moving tech, from virtual reality to Bitcoin self-custody, and learned that a leader’s best work is a team that doesn’t need them in every decision.

01 / How I help

I help teams find clarity, leaders grow, and communities connect.

Organizational design
Clear roles and ways of working that give teams autonomy, support bottom-up decision-making, and keep everyday work moving without constant escalation.
Crypto product decisions
Helping product, security and engineering agree on what’s safe to ship when a feature touches people’s money, as with Stablecoin Yield in Trezor Suite.
Leadership mentoring
Practical one-on-one support for new and future leads, grounded in the situations they face every day.
Community building
Bring newcomers and experienced builders together to share experience and learn from each other. I organize Bitcoin meetups in Prague and create space for useful conversations and lasting connections.
02 / Chapters

A career at the edge of new technology.

From virtual reality to Bitcoin self-custody, I’ve always worked where things move fast. My role has stayed the same: bring structure, so people can move fast without losing direction.

Trezor

2023–now · Client engagement

Trezor makes hardware wallets for Bitcoin and crypto. I’ve worked with them since 2023 as an independent consultant: on how the teams behind Trezor Suite are organized, on roadmap and goal planning, and on product and security decisions for DeFi features like Stablecoin Yield.

Jednadvacet

2024–now · Volunteer organizer

Jednadvacet is a Czech Bitcoin community. I organize its Prague meetups, evenings of talks and conversations on security, self-custody and privacy, open to anyone curious.

Virtuplex

2021–2023 · Project manager

Virtuplex builds virtual reality experiences. I planned and ran VR projects for clients in Czechia and abroad, in a field where the tools changed every few months.

03 / Conferences & meetups

Good ideas travel further when people meet.

I join the conversation as a participant, share what I have learned on stage, and create spaces for the crypto community to connect.

01 / Attended

In the room

Conferences are where I meet builders, hear different perspectives, and keep learning about Bitcoin and crypto.
